Triceps Bench Dips with Resistance Bands
Select the desire intensity level of resistance bands. Place them behind the neck and get into position to do triceps bench dips. Get a tight grip on the bands around the hands and execute the triceps bench dips.
This adds tension and force exactly where you want it and lends to an amazing peak contraction at the top of the movement that turns this exercise from an ‘ok’ exercise to a great exercise.
You can also wear a towel around your neck first before you wrap the band around your neck if you want less strain and more comfort on the neck area. I still suggest pumping out some high reps on this exercise (15-20) but really emphasizing a slower execution the movement with an intentional lockout/peak contraction at the top.
