Here are 3 simple face yoga exercises you can try right now, after applying some facial oil serum to your face:
1️⃣ Forehead Smoother: Place your fingertips on your forehead and gently stroke them away from each other across your forehead. This helps smooth out lines and reduce tension by relaxing the large frontalis muscle. 🙌
2️⃣ Cheekbone Stroke: Using the knuckles of your index fingers simply sweep from the sides of your nose under the cheekbones and up to the temples. This exercise helps to sculpt the cheek area, encouraging fresh oxygen & nutrients to the skins surface. 😊
3️⃣ The Giraffe: Start by gently stroking down the neck then place fingertips on the collar bone to isolate the muscle. Being mindful of neck issues gently lift the chin, stick your lower lip out (like a giraffe!) and take at least four deep breaths. This technique works on the neck muscles as well as working to tighten the jawline and under the chin. 🦒
