【ScottHermanFitness】POV: Cable Ab Crunch Never Feels Right (60sec FIX)

This is one of the few exercises I seem the get the biggest “ah-ha moment” from when I teach proper form.

In order for your abs to be trained properly, this exercise needs to feel like you’re performing an abdominal crunch just like you would on the floor. So that means proper “extension” and “flexion” of your spine.

Yes, it’s ok for your hips to move slightly, but the most important things to keep in mind is to make sure as you come UP you are ARCHING your back and as you crunch you drive your elbows in-between your legs as hard as you can!
