In England we are currently in a heatwave, and I am loving it although there are definitely times when I feel over heated and the heat gets too much for me. Here are 7 yoga poses you can do which will help to cool down the body. Yoga poses or stretches will either build heat in the body, cool the body or keep the body neutral.
These is a stretching routine which focuses on cooling the body.
This cool down stretch class could be used as post workout yoga or cool down exercises after workout or you can use this to stretch and cooldown whenever you need to.
You can do this yoga cool down anywhere, at home or the gym.
These stretching exercises will also help to improve flexibility.
