30 MIN HIIT WORKOUT WITH WEIGHTS – Burn Calories + Build Strength at home! [NO REPEAT]

Ready for a complete and intense HIIT dumbbell workout? Grab your weights for this at-home workout that will burn your entire body and build muscle.

Every muscle will be on fire during this high-intensity session! Work your entire body: all major muscle groups will be engaged with these exercises. I promise you’ll feel great afterward! Let’s get started!

For this HIIT workout, all you need is a pair of dumbbells and a mat! The dumbbells I’m using for reference weigh 5 kg!

▸ Level: Advanced
▸ Time: 30 Min + cool down
▸ Equipment: Medium Dumbbells (I’m using 2×5 kg for your reference)

Workout:
▸ Warmup 20 sec on
▸ Workout 40 sec on, 20 sec off
▸ Cool Down 30 sec on,

Instructions: Follow along and complete as many reps as possible in 40 Seconds. After 20 seconds of rest continue to the next move.
