Day 2 — Leg Day Pain + HIIT Beast Mode 🛡️ | 100-Day No Gym Transformation
Woke up early at 5:00 AM.
Started the day with a sombu of water, script writing, and then… LEG DAY 🔥
I followed Jordan Yeoh’s Home Workout (no equipment) — and bro, it was BRUTAL.
My thighs, glutes, and soul were screaming 😮💨
Halfway through, my mind said “Give up”…
But I didn’t.
I pushed hard, completed the session, and burned 🔥 serious calories.
✅ Then I balanced it with:
• Clean breakfast: 4 idlis + 4 whole eggs
• Prepped sprouts for protein
• Lunch & dinner — clean, simple
• Finished the day with a killer HIIT (cardio + dumbbells) session 💪
