Bringing the seat forward forces you to hinge at the hips helping make it more glute dominant. Seat further back allows you to be more upright helping you isolate your quads.
The same concept applies to squats & lunges. Bigger hinge, less forward knee travel, more glutes. Upright chest, more forward knee travel, more quads 💯
