One of the best things about the gym is the variety of people you meet. At LBGYM, we have an illustrator who is working hard to become more muscular, and also a member who came all the way from the Philippines. Training side by side, regardless of nationality or profession, is truly inspiring.
Having more English-speaking members also motivates me to keep learning English. Just like strength training, language learning is all about consistency. A little effort every day builds big results over time.
Simple phrases like “Nice!” or “Good job!” exchanged during training bring us closer, not just as gym partners but as friends. Strength training is not only about building muscles — it’s about building connections.
