A total-body core stability move that challenges your abs, shoulders, and coordination while improving flexibility and control.
✅ How to do it:
1. Start standing tall with feet hip-width apart.
2. Hinge at your hips and walk your hands forward until you reach a plank position.
3. From the plank, tap one knee with the opposite hand, keeping hips stable.
4. Return hands under shoulders, walk back to standing, and repeat.
5. Keep your core tight and back straight throughout.
