💥Placing a barbell behind your mid back on toes to bar is an elite way to really isolate your abs and prevent swinging during the movement. Can be regressed to a hanging knee raise with the same setup if toes to bar is too challenging.

💥On the cable crunches focus on keeping your hips locked in and initiating the movement with your abs. Focus on controlling the movement on the way up to get a big stretch in your abs.

💥The incline reverse crunches can be adjusted based off difficulty. The higher the incline the more challenging the exercise will be. Focus on pushing your knees to sky and really crunching your abs with a controlled lower on the way down.
