STOP DOING LEG PRESS LIKE THIS. ❌
Leg press is an amazing exercise, but often done improperly.
Avoid making these 2 common mistakes:
❌ Locking out your knees
❌ Half and quarter reps
Instead:
✅ keep your feet flat & core tight
✅ Make sure your hips glued to pad → No lifting off.
✅ Lower with control
✅ Go to about ~90° (or deeper if safe)
✅ Press through heels
✅ Stop shy of locking out your knees
