Even with my MCL injury, the grind doesn’t stop. 💪
In this short, I start by securing my knee brace, then hit closed grip push-ups to target the triceps and chest. I’ve been mixing up my push-up variations and focusing on upper body strength the past few weeks. I finish with some bo staff training — because warriors adapt, not quit. ⚔️

One rep at a time. One step closer to the warrior you’re becoming.

I do a lot of fitness videos mixed in with things I enjoy such as cosplays and special effects edits.
