Flared elbows during presses are absolutely fine IF you have the mobility for it.
Generally speaking, if an exercise feels comfortable to perform a certain way, you’re most likely not risking anything.
Flared elbows during a (dumbbell) chest press will be way more effective to target your chest anyway, the line of force aligns perfectly with the majority of the muscle fibers.
Tucking your elbows in is also fine, but it will shift the focus to the front delts and upper pecs.
So, unless you feel uncomfortable doing it, flaring your elbows out during presses is a good thing!
