No matter who you are, what you are doing, what your responsibilities are… you can invest 5 or 10 minutes per day.

Perhaps you are busy. Perhaps you have family obligations. Perhaps you neither have the time or energy to work out for 2 hours every day… maybe that full-on fully-diversified weekly workout split to develop all aspects of your physique is unattainable and out of reach for you… but you can develop one or two aspects of your physique with a small daily investment!

Just pick something you’ve always wanted… such as the given examples of a decent set of arms or a good core… and start investing in it a little bit every day!

I’ve worked a lot of jobs, this is what I love most about fitness dailies. Not only do they help you stay consistent, not only do they help you target growth in specific areas each season… but the most attractive thing about them in my view is that they are on average between 5 and 10 minutes… at most 20 minutes (20 minute daily overhead press, 20 minute daily pull-ups etc).

5 minute daily arm curls for example: the task of each day simply picking up a set of dumbbellls and just refusing to put them down unitl you have 100 curls in on each arm… I’ve talked about my construction days when I would have to leave the house at 5:30am… even through i had no time… every though every minute of my morning was accounted for… I could still find 5 minutes to do my daily arm curls before i left for work!
