Channel:Strong After Cancer
Back at it with some serious HIIT & plyo work 💥
Started with interval sprints on the treadmill:
⚡️ 20 sec ON at 7.0
⏸️ 40 sec OFF
🔥 Repeated for multiple rounds to push that heart rate & build that engine!
Then moved into plyometrics:
🦵 Single-leg pogo hops
⛸️ Lateral skater hops
🦘 Tuck jumps
(3 rounds x 10 reps each)
