Today’s upper body session uses a blend of weighted calisthenics movements to build elite level relative strength. That is coupled with pain inducing, muscle building volume to cap things off. Let’s gooo!
1. Rope Chin-Up: Top set of 90×3, back off at 60×6
2. Incline Push-Up: Top set of 90×5, back off at 60×10
3. Deload Push-Up (50lbs +band): 40 total reps
4. Inverted Row (70lbs): 40 total reps
The 80 total reps between 3 & 4 are done as fast as possible!
