Grab the bar just outside shoulder width with an underhand grip.
Secure legs, Slightly lean back, chest up.
Pull the bar to your upper chest and drive your elbows down and in.
Super brief pause.
Control the negative.
each rep, limit the swinging, and momentum.
This is a solid movement to build your biceps as well as lats.
