💥 Toes To Bar 2×10-12
💥 Cable Crunches 2×10-12
With all these exercise really focus on a slow and controlled lower to really engage your abs. With the GHD reverse crunches focus on a slow lower where you wrap around the pad to get a deep stretch. On the toes to bar utilize back support to help reduce the swinging. On the cable crunches focus on keeping your hips locked in and controlling the weight all the way up to get a full stretch.
GHD reverse crunches can be replaced with an incline reverse crunch if don’t have access to a GHD. Toes to bar can be regressed to a hanging knee raise.
These are more advanced exercises that will challenge your core and build big blocky abs.
