It looks like this:
✔️ 6 Superset Circuits
✔️ 2 Exercises Per Circuit (1 strength exercise, 1 conditioning exercise)
✔️ Timed Intervals (40/15 for the strength exercise, and 30/15 for the conditioning exercise)
✔️ Repeat Each Circuit x2 Sets
