Let’s fix that with the PERFECT plank form — here are the 5 most common mistakes and how to correct them:

1️⃣ Shoulder Blades: Spread them apart—don’t pinch!
✅ This activates your serratus anterior and protects your shoulders.

2️⃣ Hip Position: Don’t let your hips drop or your back arch.
✅ Keep hips slightly lifted for a gentle curve and better core engagement.

3️⃣ Elbow Placement: Keep elbows shoulder-width apart.
❌ Too narrow = poor stability and added shoulder tension.

4️⃣ Feet Position: Set feet about hip-width apart.
✅ This helps with balance and better core control.

5️⃣ Neck Alignment: Look straight down, not forward.
✅ Keeps your spine neutral and neck pain-free.
