How to do a dumbbell squat at home:
– Feet shoulder width apart
– Toes slightly pointing out
– You can adjust these to your preference
– Abs tight when going down (pretend someone is punching your in the stomach)
– Go as low as you feel comfortable
– Push the ground away as you come up
– Stand tall and squeeze the glutes
