Learn how to do Chaturanga Dandasana (four-limbed staff pose) correctly with this quick tutorial. This essential yoga pose builds upper body and core strength, but it’s also one of the most commonly misaligned poses.

1. Shift all the way forward on your toes
2. Bend elbows until shoulders drop in line with the elbows (90 degree angle)
3. Keep back straight
4. Modify by taking knees to the ground for support before bending elbows.
