If you’re finding side plank dips too challenging, or if you’re new to Pilates, I really encourage you to start with the beginner variation. From there, you can gradually work your way up to the advanced version. When your form is strong and you feel confident, that’s when the advanced moves come naturally.
There’s absolutely nothing wrong with starting at beginner level, it’s actually way more important (and effective in the long run) to build a solid foundation first. Repost if you relate!
