Bodyweight strength workouts are a great way to get in a little foundational strength training when you are short on time or have limited access to weights.
This 9 minute Bodyweight Strength EMOM will get your heart rate up while also working on power and pushing.
You’ll do 10 jump squats, 10 lateral lunge slides (5 on each side), and 5 incline push-ups.
These 3 exercises: squats, lateral lunges, and incline push-ups are a great trio of exercises that you can do almost anywhere. They also provide a fantastic, quick full body workout that you can do in a short amount of time.
