Cat & Cow Variation 🐾
Begin in tabletop,
then extend one leg out to the side,
grounding through the heel.

Inhale — belly softens, chest lifts,
collarbones widen.
Exhale — round the spine,
chin to chest, tailbone curls under.

Feel the added stretch through the inner thigh,
the gentle rhythm of the spine,
the body moving like breath itself.

A reminder:
mobility is meditation in motion.
