Don’t have weights? Grab a bag, walk around your house and find a load of heavy stuff. Put the bag on ur back or use it like a kettlebell 💪
👉 4 circuits
👉 Each circuit has 4 exercises
👉 30 secs on
👉 15 secs rest
👉 Repeat each circuit (1 min rest between)
Warm up (5 mins)
– Squat kicks
– Arm circles (both ways)
– Sumo squat rocks
– Squat to hamstring stretch
– Hand walkouts
– Rocks
Circuit 1
– kettlebell swings
– RDL to 3 pulse row
– Push press
– Plank to low squat with curl
(Repeat)
Circuit 2
– Altetnating snatches
– Suno to pop up
– V-press up
– Bear crawl hold with shoulder taps
(Repeat)
Circuit 3
– kettlebell swings
– Lateral raises to standing
– Burpees
– Biclycle crunches
(Repeat)
Circuit 4
– Alternating Snatches
– Pulse squat
– Side plank with dips (R)
– Side plank with dips (L)
(Repeat)
Cool down (5 mins)
