The Method:
Warm-Up → Phase 1: Moderate Intensity (50-75%) → Phase 2: Strength → Phase 3: Max Effort (95%) Cardio OR No-Rest Repeat of Phase 2 → Rest + Repeat Full Circuit

Phase 1 – Moderate Effort
• 5-Minute Cardio Session (50% Effort)
Phase 2 – Strength
• Dumbbell Push-Ups x4-10
• Dumbbell Romanian Deadlifts (RDLs) x4-10
• Dumbbell Squats x4-10
Phase 3 – No-Rest Repeat
• Repeat the entire Phase 2 circuit 5 times, no rest between rounds
